Course FAQs

  • Who is this course for?

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of clinicians (physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, physician assistants, and dentists) with substantial injecting experience of Botulinum Toxins and Dermal Fillers in the care of patients seeking advanced aesthetic enhancement procedures.

  • What are the course prerequisites for this advanced course?

The Assumption and Prerequisite for this advanced course is that the attendee has already attended a fundamental certification course and/or have been injecting botulinum toxins and dermal fillers with confidence for a determined period of time.

This course is not a certification course and will not cover many criteria covered in a fundamental “certification” course. Please understand the instructor will not review or answer fundamental questions which should be known by the attendee.

If an attendee exhibits limited knowledge, skill, or experience by asking fundamental questions they will be asked to leave and register for the fundamental course. Having to answer fundamental elementary questions in an advanced class takes precious time away from the advanced information that needs to be presented and is not fair to the other attendees.

  • How many CE hours will I receive for this course?

Upon successful completion of the entire activity and successful return demonstration, participants will be granted 7.5 contact hours (CE). No partial credit will be granted.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Please note: All cancellations must be received (not postmarked) in writing via mail or fax transmission. Cancellation Policy must be strictly enforced since workshops require a great deal of planning and preparation.

A refund will be given, less a $250.00 processing fee, if canceled at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any cancellations after this time will not qualify for a refund but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of the administrative department of ESI.

Since a minimum number of registrants are necessary for each course and we do not meet this minimum, or for any other reason beyond our control the course is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full.

Please note, ESI is not responsible for deposits to hotels, non-refundable airline tickets or fees associated with necessary airline changes.

Thank You in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
