Sasha Parker, RN, MEP-C, LMT, FS, CE

Sasha Parker, Founder of Esthetic Skin Institute, Inc. (ESI),  continued to hold on to her Midwestern work ethic even after relocating to South Florida. "Persevere until the task is completed, remain humble, treat others with respect, and never stop learning."


She pursued a business major at Indiana University before redirecting her career path and earning an Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Broward Community College over 35 years ago. She served as the Assistant Surgical Administrator at the AMI Outpatient Surgery Center and as the Surgical Administrator at the Eye Care and Surgery Center in South Florida. Her extensive surgical experience involved collaborating with well-known plastic surgeons in the South Florida region. As a lifelong learner, she trained and worked as a Registered Facial Specialist for more than 11 years, and held professional licenses as a Certified Electrologist and Licensed Massage Therapist.


In 1997, Sasha launched ESI conducting the first "medical esthetic hands-on" workshops, personally training numerous medical professionals worldwide since 1997. She received training from esteemed medical esthetic experts globally, including Dr. Jules Marthan, co-developer of the "Meso-Lift" in France, and renowned plastic surgeons and dermatologists Michael Kane, Arnold Klein, and Peter Helton. Her workshops garnered national acclaim, establishing her as a reputable, comprehensive, and responsible medical esthetic hands-on trainer in the United States.

    As a successful business owner of a home health agency in Broward County from 1997 to 2005, Sasha gained in-depth knowledge of business operations and regulatory compliance. This expertise led her to consult and assist nursing and dental boards nationwide in formulating standards. 


    Sasha was honored as the Florida Business Woman of the Year in 2004, 2005, and 2006, served on the National Business Advisory Council from 2004 to 2006, and due to her expertise in medical aesthetics she was a sought-after speaker at various industry and educational events nationwide. She authored and copyrighted medical esthetic manuals, was a consultant for several medical esthetic practices and insurance companies in the U.S. and abroad, and served as President of the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (AAMEP).


    She continues to be recognized as a visionary ahead of her time, attributing her success to her thirst for knowledge and influential personal mentors like Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Carolyn Myss, and Bernie Siegal, who encouraged her to pursue her dreams and passion.

The Esthetic Skin Institute's training center is nestled in the sunny city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For nearly three decades, we have welcomed medical professionals to our state-of-the-art clinical training facility, specifically designed to provide a comfortable and secure hands-on learning experience. Additionally, our networking lunch area offers students the opportunity to unwind and connect outside of the classroom.


In addition to the Fort Lauderdale location, ESI conducts workshops across all five regions of the U.S.
